      The Analyst, Real Estate Acquisitions job supports the acquisitions of TIAA's real estate portfolio and provides support for its strategic relationships. Working under close supervision, this job will assist executing on new real estate and property investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Assists with the coordination and compliance of all requirements for the closing and funding of real estate acquisition and development transactions.
      • Helps conduct market research of potential real estate investment opportunities that support the company’s real estate investment and financial objectives.
      • Assists with sourcing new real estate acquisition opportunities and tracking active deals in the market.
      • Supports in the development of external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers, and lenders.
      • Contributes to identifying increased efficiencies in the budgeting and operations of real estate and property assets, and develops materials to track them.
      • Participates in the due diligence process for asset acquisition and property development opportunities.

      Base Pay Range: $90,000/yr - $95,000/yr

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
