  Overview of the Role:

  As an Analyst in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team, you will support the IBP Manager in tasks related to the execution of Saputo Canada’s IBP process.

  How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Assist and support the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by preparing reports, presentations and analyses

  • Support demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and demand-supply reconciliation decisions for the business

  • Design, maintain and update data management tools, reports and dashboards on a regular basis

  • Track, report and analyze key metrics (KPIs) for the company

  • Maintain master data, aggregate, and disaggregate data for appropriate use ranging from detailed analysis to executive dashboards

  • Effectively gather datasets from multiple sources and interpret data into actionable insights by leveraging advanced statistical models and connecting data with business factors

  • Prepare what-if analysis to create alternate scenarios for reconciling demand, supply and financial plans

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and challenges with the process

  • Maintain helpful and positive communication style working with cross functional teams within Saputo

  You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics or related quantitative degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Retail, Manufacturing, CPG or Food Service environments required

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, database management, data visualization and software such as RStudio and PowerBI required

  • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets

  • Certification in SCM or Analytics considered an asset

  • Experience working in the Sales & Operations Planning or IBP environment would be an asset

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data and strict deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills as well as meeting facilitation and presentation skills a must.

  • Bilingual English / French is considered an asset.
