What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and reconcile complex investment accounting transactions ensuring compliance with accounting policies
- Complete quality assurance audits on investment accounting transactions
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal/external auditors
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of investment accounting processes
- Prepare financial documents and analysis for various reporting standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
- 3-5 years of prior experience in investment accounting or accounting systems
- Technical knowledge in investment accounting and operations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or financial services
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Proven ability to recommend process improvements
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external parties
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
