      Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Information Services – Away From Home

      Member of the Sales & Marketing Operations and Enterprise Analytics team supporting the Away From Home business. Acting under direct guidance, serves as part of the liaison team between the Business and Information Services (IS) for project and solution support activities. Learns and applies methods to translate needs and requirements related to business process and systems from a business perspective into a form that can be understood and acted on by internal and external teams tasked with building solutions that enable and enhance business capabilities. This includes assisting with application support through incident triage, addressing business support needs, and regularly updating and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

      Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

      Work Arrangements: Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

      In this role you will:

      • Support relationships between business areas and ITP department including:

        • Participates in Work Review Meetings with business partners and performs support duties based on prioritization.

        • Partners with IS and business SMEs to understand existing processes and applications.

      • Work on various project deliverables including but not limited to:

        • Assists in the definition of business requirements based on translation of business needs and gaps collaboratively with the SME leading to Functional Design.

        • Assists in creation of deliverables such as business process flows, what is changing, business requirements, functional designs, test plans, test scripts, cutover plans, and key learnings.

        • Assists in the review of functional designs in collaboration with development teams.

        • Highlights process changes and provides input on potential impact on organization and/or roles.

        • Assists with the design, construction, and execution of test cases/business scenarios.

        • Follows established best practices regarding audit and security controls.

      • Assists with application support through incident triage and addressing business support needs. Collaborates with third party vendors and escalates to senior resources where needed.

      • Utilizes existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updates documentation regularly.

      • Assists with root cause identification, documentation and remediation activities for incidents and enhancements.

      • As a BA COE member, works to build a fundamental awareness and understanding of business analysis skills and knowledge.

      What we are looking for:

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Relevant technical and business work experience (inclusive of academic and internship roles)

      • Experience as a participant on information services related project activities, particularly business process and solution design, testing and/or implementation/support.

      • Experience creating business process models, UI specifications and/or change management documents, such as user training/instructions and communications.

      • Experience with Data Governance concepts.

      • High personal standards of integrity.

      • Embraces a customer service mindset.

      • Effective spoken and written communication skills.

      • Strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills.

      Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

      • Prior experience (including academic and internship roles) with Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Foodservice or Information Services
