PPM Analyst at a glance

You’ll be working in a hard-working team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Associate Director, IT – Global ZBB IT PPM. The delivery of function performance management will be your primary responsibility and you will have an opportunity to identify improvement activities within the zone.

What's on the menu?

• Serving as an advisor to the International Zone Technology package owner on all matters related to financial planning and performance management for the Supply Chain BU
• Managing International Zone IT Technology package opex reports, one-time projects and monthly reporting, and reviews with Supply Chain BU
• Completing ad hoc analytics requests to drive business decisions, lead/support projects and improvement initiatives, developing and driving action plans to achieve financial results
• Performing variance analysis against forecast models for monthly, year-to-date and full year actuals and invoice validation for IT operating expenses for the Supply Chain BU
• Lead and own the annual budgeting process for the IT ZBB package for the Supply Chain BU
• Tracking and reporting savings initiatives – identify key cost/savings drivers, monitor progress and develop actions

Recipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you

• I have controlling experience with managing Opex (ZBB) budget, tracking and analysis of financials in support of an operating function (i.e., IT, Supply Chain, Facilities, etc.)
• I have working knowledge of accounting concepts and month-end close
• I have experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• I have effective communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders' positivity and sensitivity in remote working areas such as overseas locations, cultural differences, and split time-zones
• I have the strong ability to multi-task with excellent planning and organizational skills
