      What You’ll Be Doing:

      Position summary

      We are looking for bright and energetic individuals to be part of the IT Production Operations Team & work as Analyst IT Service Management

      Essential functions

      • Administrative support role to handle tasks that gather service data
      • This position will be responsible for the Event, Incident, Change and Problem management processes
      • Will be required to define and/or implement Incident, Change and Problem Management processes
      • Ensure overall process compliance by reviewing the process workflow, review of Change Requests (CRs), periodic review of Problem Management tickets and identify improvement opportunities
      • Guide cross-functional users to ensure they understand Change Management process and comply with the same
      • Assemble and produce service reports and any other tasks as assigned
      • Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
      • Manage & maintain service reporting communication distribution lists

      Key competencies/skill/success factors:

      • Expert knowledge of ITIL framework best practices, primarily Incident Management & Change Management
      • Knowledge of the Problem Management process with RCA, maintaining, updating the KEDB & communication with all the concerned stakeholders
      • Experience with Change Management process - review & validate CRs, arrange & lead CAB meetings, handover of approved CRs to Release Management process and perform Post Implementation Review
      • Good team player since this position will be required to liaise with different teams in India & US
      • Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate effectively & clearly with higher management
      • Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
      • Familiarity with Service Desk platforms (i.e. JIRA, Remedy, Service Now etc.

      Qualification and Experience:

      Required

      • Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
      • 3-6 years of experience in IT Service Management role within an ITIL environment (preferred)

      Big plus

      • Experience working on JIRA/Confluence

      Mandatory Requirements:

      We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
