What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Perform independent data analysis utilizing Excel and statistical software
- Clean and analyze data using SAS, Stata, and/or R
- Manage, review, and analyze documents related to economic consulting
- Produce clear presentations and prepare written memoranda of analyses and findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or MA in Economics or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and experience programming in SAS, Stata, and/or R (SAS preferred)
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy and quality work product
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in working with messy and/or complex data
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with data presentation
- Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to project completion
