Job Summary Our organization is currently seeking a qualified and driven Measurement and Insight Analyst to join our esteemed team. In this position, you will be tasked with collecting, evaluating, and deciphering data that pertains to our large agency, political, and national teams. Your thorough analysis will provide invaluable insights and recommendations that will guide our strategic decision-making process and enhance our overall business performance. Your proficiency in data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and up-to-date market trends will be fundamental in shaping our organization's long-term success. Job Description Core Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources such as market research, customer surveys, sales reports, and online platforms to gain deep insights into our auto vertical operations. Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and overall business strategies. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and critical areas for improvement within the auto vertical. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative dashboards, charts, and graphs to present complex data clearly and concisely, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts, budget plans, and resource allocation strategies based on data-driven insights. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to understand their data requirements, provide analytical support, and align strategies with business objectives. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an analyst, preferably within the auto vertical industry or related sectors. Strong analytical skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau. Familiarity with market research methodologies and the ability to interpret market research data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to data analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines. Knowledge of the auto industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and industry-specific metrics, is highly desirable. Experience with CRM systems, web analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms is a plus. Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years Salary: Pay Range: $65,472.86 - $98,209.29 Additional Range: This job can be performed in California, with a Pay Range of $60,016.79 USD - $90,025.18 USD Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
