      Summary:

      In this role, you will provide support in auditing, interpreting, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for accurate fee share payments to our members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate source data and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.

      Responsibilities:

      • Analyze data from various sources to identify anomalies within data sources and incorporate an understanding of business drivers into the analysis.

      • Audit reports and dashboards for a specific portfolio of accounts to ensure accurate fee share payments and member-facing reports.

      • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of payments.

      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.

      • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and analysis tools and systems.

      • Receive minimal guidance to develop and maintain portfolio of accounts.

      Qualifications:

      • Relevant degree preferred.

      • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

      • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or Aqua Data Studio.

      • Experience in analyzing complex data sets and generating actionable insights.

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.

      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

      • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

      Estimated Hiring Range:

      At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $41,500.00 to $79,300.00.

      This position is also incentive eligible.
