We are looking for an ambitious and adaptable menu & price specialist to help us maintain and coordinate all changes to menu and content, ensuring all necessary data is available in POS and Digital Menus for Tim Hortons restaurants. We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of prior experience in menu content and pricing.

      Responsibilities:

      • Liaise with marketing, supply chain, digital, operations and category management teams to ensure all requirements are received in the format required by technology vendors to program into their solutions.
      • Coordinate and track completion of changes with POS, self-order kiosk, mobile and delivery service providers
      • Configure, maintain and smoke test changes in content management system for digital menus
      • Coordinate, track and provide support to menu testing efforts
      • Provide consultative services to cross functional stakeholders on menu format and requirements during product design and execution
      • Work with the delivery integration partners and internal teams to optimize the menu for delivery services
      • Prepare and publish end-user communications related to menu and price changes
      • Review and contribute to training materials related to new products or menu changes
      • Prepare and communicate status updates, reports and schedules related to changes, resources, release plans, test cycles, risks, and issues etc.
      • Special projects as needed

      Qualifications:

      • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in gathering, managing, and coordinating complex requirements
      • Extreme attention to detail
      • Excellent cross functional communication, both written and verbal
      • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      • Experience in Project Management
      • Previous Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred
      • Testing or quality assurance background is an asset
      • Experience with maintaining a content management system an asset
      • Understanding of data structures and data maintenance
