Primary Responsibilities:
- Support middle revenue cycle Transformation team by documenting workflows for new clients and arranging documentation in Teams/SharePoint
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with Transformation Directors
- Lead analytic efforts to build and document multiple performance metrics on a weekly basis
- Provide support for client technology implementations in middle revenue cycle, collaborating with Transformation team and IT operations
- Make recommendations for process redesign and adhere to Global Operating Model (OGOM) process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Epic Certifications (HB coding, HIM, CDM, and/or PB coding)
- Experience working in HIM and/or coding operations in acute care or ambulatory setting
- Experience working with electronic health records
- Experience with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC)
- Experience focusing on data analytics specific to HIM/coded data
Other Skills/Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills required, ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects
- Provide key data points to Transformation leaders for making informed, data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement techniques and ability to work independently
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals in managerial and staff level positions
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared environment that encourages change engagement and open dialogue
- Possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Operational knowledge of healthcare related Federal and State regulations, as well as standards from regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations

- Salary range for California/Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada/New Jersey/New York/Rhode Island/Washington residents is $67,800 to $133,100, based on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications
