Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practices.
Prepare letters to clients (e.g., letters of offer and change letters) ensuring that all necessary information and documents have been entered into the system, ensure that all required signatures are obtained, and follow up until the file is closed.
Review loan applications received for completeness to ensure effective file management in accordance with BDC's online process requirements. Support the team in the management of all loan applications and the execution of any other administrative tasks.
Support BDC's strategies to increase online financing and use of the client portal (e.g. by participating in pilot projects for ICT and BDC Consulting loans).
Maintain good relationships with internal and external partners to foster team spirit, common goals and consistent application of policies.
Stay abreast of changes to detailed policies, procedures and processes, as well as trends in credit and regulatory issues that may impact BDC.
Bachelor's degree in administration with a concentration in accounting/finance or any field deemed equivalent
Experience as an accounts payable, receivable, assistant, administratif.ve are considered attractive assets
Strong focus on customer service and proven initiative in listening, identifying sales opportunities and resolving problems
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deal with a variety of situations at all times
Excellent ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Team player, high energy, creativity, flexibility, collaborative spirit and desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent ability to express and write in English, French is an asset.

POSITION OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for providing excellent and high-quality client service to the BDC Online Financing team in resolving core issues, preparing client proposals and all related documents (e.g., letters of offer, contracts and amendments), obtaining the necessary signatures, and following up with clients. You will also perform various administrative tasks and provides quality support to the team.
