      ROLE SUMMARY:

      The Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through team management, strategic problem solving, and efficient process execution. This role is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing operation team, ensuring top tier customer service deliver, and optimizing inventory management processes. The analyst will conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies while upholding and enforcing safety standards across all activities. Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this individual will oversee and execute projects from implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Warehouse inventory management and control

      • Track and analyze operation efficiency measures

      • Lead process improvement and initiate change

      • Adhere to Distribution Process Optimization program standards and requirements

      • Ensure proper completion of daily load sheets and re-assignment of trucks to drivers

      • Verify accuracy of product receipts and shipments as stated on shipping papers

      • Audit inbound/outbound trucks

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS

      • High school diploma or GED required

      • Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)

      • Strong analytical skills; must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel

      • Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

      • Technical and problem-solving skills

      • Willingness to work the overnight shift as well as other shifts, weekends and holidays
