- Understanding end-to-end payroll using Oracle Payroll Cloud, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Review and reconcile payroll GL entries; collaborate with accounting for month-end close activities.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and partner with HRIS/IT to resolve system challenges.
- Monitor and maintain costing configurations and balance adjustments.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Payroll Cloud updates and enhancements.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities, including year-end processing.
- Foster strong partnerships across Payroll, Accounting, HRIS, and Technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years with Oracle Payroll Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience developing process documentation/SOPs.
- 5+ years of system testing experience, including patches, enhancements, or new payroll platform deployments.
- 3-5 years of experience as a trainer or mentor in a payroll function a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, GL reconciliation, and costing practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and configuration.
- Ability to solve problems with attention to detail, drive for results, and demonstrate hospitality.
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations (preferred).
- Experience with HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), HDL (HCM Data Loader), or prior payroll system implementations (a plus).
- CPP or FPC certification (preferred).
- Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of restaurant tip-sharing and IRS tip reporting regulations is a plus.

Job Summary
As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will be key in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud and GL Accounting to support payroll processing, account reconciliations, and system enhancements, working closely with cross-functional partners across Payroll, Accounting, and HRIS.
