Support the co-ordination and execution of price lock activities to ensure customer order price overrides are efficiently processed.
Support strategies to ensure the integrity of all pricing and offer related elements (e.g., minimum order quantities, freight terms, credit terms, lead times, rebates and equipment, etc.).
Drive adoption of the FLIP tool as the primary price change mechanism.
Support the efficient utilization of pricing process across GBU business segments and channels.
Support day-to-day sales management, field sales and customer service questions around costing and price.
Confirm that the systems required for data support and use are checked or confirmed daily/weekly.
Respond to all requests from EIMEA coming to the EA Global Pricing shared mailbox.
Manage FLIP access requests from All Regions
Provide first-level support for SFDC users: troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and escalate as necessary.
Support data uploads, data cleansing, and ongoing data integrity initiatives.
Assist with reporting and dashboard creation to support business insights.
Support ongoing Salesforce training and onboarding sessions for new users.
Coordinate the implementation and deployment of SFDC solutions across regions or business units.
Support the development and rollout of new Salesforce functionalities (e.g., Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Reporting).
Ensure data quality and consistency through regular reviews, validations, and collaboration with users.
University Degree
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in pricing, finance, customer service or a related role
Knowledge of the adhesive industry and H.B. Fuller’s market segments and sales channels.
Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting tools.
Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and geographies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Position Title : Analyst, Pricing
Position Overview: The Pricing & Salesforce (SFDC) Analyst plays a key role in driving and implementing core pricing processes and support our strategies to ensure pricing integrity within the GBU. The job holder is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce (SFDC) platform to ensure optimal performance, user support, and data integrity. This role serves as the first point of contact for user issues, provides training and documentation, and works closely with stakeholders across sales, to ensure supports core business processes.
