  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services
  - Prepare purchase orders to ensure a smooth procurement process
  - Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data for pricing analysis
  - Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships
  - Participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and required training sessions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, Technology, or Engineering
  - Minimum GPA of 3.0
  - U.S. citizenship required for access to financial management systems
  - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Preferred fields of study include Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology
  - 1 year of experience using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
