Analyst Program I Corporate Analyst Program Fiserv’s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest are the firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates: January 22, 2024 and June 24, 2024. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. What you will do: As a part of the Audit track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing audit criteria to ensure compliance with legislatively mandated compliance initiatives. This role reports audit results to management and makes recommendations for implementing controls where appropriate. As a part of the Brand Management track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and protecting the organization's brand(s), products, services through various media (e.g. print, broadcast, digital) while monitoring and optimizing results. You will coordinate with internal business partners (e.g. product/brand manager, business unit managers) and external agencies to source and produce brand materials. As a part of the Facilities Management track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to planning, developing, and managing commercial, industrial, and/or residential real estate. Activities include negotiating leases; acquiring property; disposing of excess property; liaising between the landlord or tenant; accepting rent; managing contracts and building development projects. As a part of the Implementations track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will learn and assist in very broad and challenging tasks to ensure that projects and requests for clients are processed expeditiously and accurately. Principal work activity may include developing support plans, analyzing and determining requirements and providing necessary specifications to programming, providing consultation to client before, during, and after support task, interpreting existing systems of client and workflows, communicating progress and potential problems to management for awareness and resolution. As a part of the Product track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will assist with building and maintaining a balanced Product/Solution portfolio and roadmaps, define detailed market requirements, conduct technology assessments, and work closely with product design & development to deliver client specifications. As a part of the Project Management track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will help to deliver non-technical project outcomes within time, cost, and quantity parameters by engaging in project planning activities, executing to project goals and business objectives, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project, closing out and validating achievement of project objectives/deliverable. As a part of the Risk track Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. In this role, you will help to develop trend analyses and models to support strategic business decisions related to the prevention, mitigation and transfer of risk. Provides ongoing governance and compliance of risk activities and ensures compliance with applicable corporate policies and standards, regulations and legislation As part of the Sales track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will become a part of an exciting, fast-paced and growing team of sales professionals with an opportunity to build your career in payments technology. As a part of the Strategic Sourcing track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will own and manage the process of negotiating and procuring goods and services from Fiserv vendors on behalf of internal business partners. The position will engage with vendors to gather competitive bids, pursue market analysis for price comparisons, act as liaison between our internal customers and vendors, assist with the service and product resolutions, negotiate contracts and prices to acquire products and services in a timely manner and drive cost efficiencies. Essential skills for this role are: Interactive communication, self-motivation, time management, customer service, analytical thinking, attention to detail, project management and multitasking of multiple deals.
