      Overview
      The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures a flawless customer experience by meticulously reviewing and validating content and creative deliverables across various platforms. You will test the quality and functionality of emails, websites, and other digital assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards for accuracy, consistency, and performance.

      Responsibilities

      1. Ensure Flawless Digital Marketing Execution: Conduct thorough testing of websites, emails, and digital assets to verify content accuracy, design alignment, and functionality across browsers, devices, and email clients.
      2. Manage Defect Documentation & Resolution: Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
      3. Test Brand & Accessibility Standards: Review deliverables for compliance with brand guidelines and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), helping to ensure a consistent and inclusive user experience.
      4. Demonstrate Ownership & Accountability: Take initiative in managing tasks independently, delivering high-quality work on time while supporting team-wide execution goals.

      Qualifications

      1. 1-3 Years of QA Experience: Hands-on experience in quality assurance, with a strong grasp of manual testing practices and digital marketing workflows.
      2. Technical Proficiency: Experience testing responsive designs across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems; familiarity with macOS, including use of the UNIX terminal.
      3. Strong Understanding of the SDLC: Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and how QA fits into each stage.
      4. Tool Familiarity: Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools such as JIRA; familiarity with tools like Charles Proxy, Jenkins, and GIT is a plus.
      5. Design Sensibility: Ability to compare deliverables against design comps and copy docs; familiarity with web design software (e.g., Photoshop, Sketch) is a plus.
      6. Excellent Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding time management and attention to detail.
      7. Adaptability & Initiative: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work both independently and collaboratively, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
      8. Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and contributing to team agility, efficiency, and quality.

      Compensation Range: $54,910 to $83,145 per year. The final salary depends on skills, qualifications, and experience, and may be adjusted. Application deadline: 6/1/2025.
