What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the RFI process, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for RFI submissions
- Monitor and manage company profiles on review sites such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and Capterra
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and other supporting documents for analyst interactions
- Respond to reviews and engage with users to address their feedback and concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with review sites (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights, G2, Capterra) is a plus
- Familiarity with Analyst Relations tools and platforms is a plus
