- Ability to work, early morning hours to prepare weekday morning reports.
- Experience in donor or customer relations or communications; public relations, journalism or a similar field with one year of work experience in related field.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Job Description
We’re looking to hire a communicator who will be part of a team responsible for influencing public perception of the St. Jude brand in the role of Analyst – Reputation Management and Response. This individual will play a role in strengthening organizational reputation management and response in collaboration with multiple departments and several stakeholder audiences.
The role requires a curious, collaborative individual who can remain calm during a crisis (cool heads communicate best), has a sense for what issues can impact the St. Jude brand and the drive to look into them to propose a course of action to address.
The individual will need an understanding of how to follow news, social media and important organizational events to report on reputational health and identify potential external issues that could impact the brand’s reputation. Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed. Reports directly to the Director - Reputation Management and Response.
