Job Description

- Utilize social media, public records, and skip tracing techniques to identify STR operators.
- Collect and archive screenshots of evidence supporting the identification process.
- Enter findings accurately into a web-based editing tool.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail throughout the research process.
- Accept feedback from the Quality Assurance (QA) department and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
- Review the work of Research Analysts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Provide feedback and guidance to Research Analysts through communication channels like Skype, Slack, or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Perform any other duties related to quality assurance as assigned
- High computer literacy skills required, especially Google Maps and Google Street View
- Online mapping, GIS data, social media searching, database searching and matching skills highly preferred
- Secondary-school degree or diploma preferred
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to work independently through remote communications
- Other language experience is nice to have
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Strong focus on accuracy, especially in data entry and document management.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining records and databases.
- Proficient in adjusting to evolving procedures, guidelines, and shifting customer needs.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capable of effectively resolving routine situations with guidance from supervisors or based on provided written or verbal instructions
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially in Google Maps and Google Street View.
- Experience with online mapping, GIS data, social media searching, and database searching.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and effectively through remote communication.
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- The role involves remote work. Initially, there will be four days of on-site training followed by one day of remote work during probation. After probation, the arrangement will days remote

Job Summary:
As a remote Analyst specializing in Research and Quality Assurance, you play a vital role in ensuring adherence to compliance standards within the Short-Term Rental monitoring and identification process. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse array of tasks, including conducting advanced research, collaborating with colleagues across various departments, validating research workflows, and delivering quality assurance for the junior research team.
