Job Description
Jefferies Restructuring Team is expanding, and we are looking for an Analyst to be based in our London office. A Analyst in Financial Restructuring would work on a variety of transactions within the group, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
Jefferies a unique opportunity for associates to work on projects that provide exposure to a wide variety of financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
The successful individual will be responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities
