  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Compile, analyze, and generate standard and custom revenue management reports and case studies
  - Track performance on established key performance indicators and provide reporting to stakeholders
  - Create and distribute monthly reporting packages and recommend enhancements
  - Assist in the reconciliation of revenue management vendor invoices and property billing
  - Engage with Revenue Management leaders to manage changes impacting revenue and profitability goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in real estate property management operations, data analytics, or a related field
  - Proven experience using advanced functions of Excel and familiarity with business analytics platforms
  - Strong ability to analyze market data and create compelling reporting packages
  - Excellent process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  - Solid written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric orientation
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Working knowledge of multifamily property management operations and data management systems
  - Experience interacting with external clients, vendors, and suppliers
  - Familiarity with digital software and apps for communication and productivity, including Microsoft products
