- Develop strategic insights based on data analysis
- Monitor risk appetite and portfolio loss trends
- Use data analysis to understand underlying credit risk indicators and develop trends/forecasts
- Diagnose issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with our central excellence teams and business partners to implement risk strategies
- Understand market trends and the regulatory environment and apply them to credit risk
- At least a Master's degree in business administration, finance, statistics, economics, or mathematics, or a comparable qualification in a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience in credit risk management, data analysis, or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of data and statistical methods
- Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent English and good German language skills

How will you make an impact in this role?
In this position, you will be part of a highly motivated Credit Risk Management team responsible for developing acquisition, underwriting, and customer management strategies for Germany and Austria.
As a key member of our Risk Management team in Europe and internationally, you will work closely with risk colleagues around the world to learn and apply best practices from other regions.
