      DescriptionAnalyst, Sales & Vehicle OperationsThe Analyst, Sales & Vehicle Operationswill be responsible for developing and executing Karma's Sales Operations, including budgeting, billing, production scheduling, invoicing, creating departmental presentations and managing specification changes for Passenger Vehicle Operations.The Analyst, Sales & Vehicle Operations, will report to the Director of Commercial Vehicle Operations.Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Provide support to the Sales Vehicle Operations team.Assist in all budget processes for the Sales & CX Department in cooperation with all stakeholders.Assist in the administration surrounding the PR/PO processes utilizing all Department stakeholders for Sales & CX in SAPManage the factory build forecasting/planning and specification changes for Passenger Vehicles Operations, in cooperation with all stakeholders.Manage vehicle invoicing both domestically and internationally for Passenger Vehicle Operations in SAPImplement Continuous Improvement processes for Passenger Vehicle OperationsDrive process improvements in our business systems, incorporating our international growth.Provide succinct and frequent performance metrics to the organization so it can evaluate its progress towards the stated goals.Manage communications with Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics Departments to maximize vehicle deliveries based on communications from the Dealer Network regarding vehicle purchases, inventory needs. Manage other projects as assigned by the SVP, Global Sales & Customer ExperienceOther duties, as assigned.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or in a related field from an accredited institution.5+ years of SAP or equivalent operating system experience.5+ years of Automotive OEM experience (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to dissect complex subjects and explain clearly to multiple stakeholders' groupsPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and innovation mindset, with the ability to think creatively, act independently, and challenge the status quoDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and rapid turnarounds in a dynamic environment.Demonstrate a proactive work ethic, maintain a can-do attitude, and excel in hands-on tasksProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookHighly competent in managing projects and complete global stakeholders' relationshipsProven ability to manage budgetsRequires up to 10% travel, with occasional weekend work for eventsBasic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 90001:2015) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015), as applicableA valid driver's license is requiredPhysical Requirements: Note: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation will vary DOE.At Karma, our base pay is one part of our total rewards package.Compensation offered may vary on multiple factors, including market location, education, skills and experience.
