  Senior Analyst, Treasury

  Location: New York, NY

  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury, the Analyst / Senior Analyst will actively support TerraForm Power’s North American treasury operations, cash management, liquidity and capital planning, and foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cash management activities on the project and corporate level, including managing the preparation and execution of month-end reimbursements, funds flows and distributions
  • Manage project-level cash waterfalls, monitoring project-level liquidity and debt service coverage ratios
  • Create and maintain project company debt management files
  • Manage the Company’s revolving credit facility, facilitating draws, repayments and rollovers
  • Assist with treasury execution on M&A, development, and debt and tax equity financings
  • Administer the treasury management system, updating it for debt, cash and banking activity
  • Lead the opening and closing of bank accounts, signer changes as well as other banking related activity
  • Prepare wires in our treasury management system and banking portals to pay debt service, intercompany reimbursements, distributions and business vendors
  • Assist in executing standby letters of credit, surety bonds and related credit support instruments
  • Support various business units with handling treasury related inquiries and questions
  • Maintain compliance with SOX controls and assist with internal and external audit inquiries
  • Manage the tracking of active FX and interest-rate hedging instruments
  • Lead and assist with treasury improvement projects and initiatives

  Requirements

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think and work independently, and be proactive in using internal and external resources to achieve results
  • Self-motivated and pro-active in managing workload and professional development.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a treasury-related role, with experience in cash management and banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics and/or finance

  • Certified Treasury Professional designation a plus

  • Experience using a treasury management system, preferably Kyriba, required

  Base salary: $85,000 - $115,000

  Bonus eligible
