Job Description

- Pull and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Maximo & Faster.
- Analyze data to identify areas of risk or areas for improvement.
- Understand how systems work from a functional standpoint and assist with testing for IT upgrades or projects.
- Run and oversee projects including gathering requirements, keeping tracks of risks & issues as well as mitigation steps, status reporting and communicating to key stakeholders.
- Build strong internal stakeholders, other support groups like IT, Cyber, Risk Management, Corporate Taxes, etc.
- Evaluate products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, sustainable solutions, and transportation services.
- Understand of SRP policies, procedures, and standards.
- Prefer 5 years’ experience within supply chain, IT, business analytics, transportation, accounting or other specific utility experience
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of circular supply chain.
- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay, Transportation Management, Investment Recovery or Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules and Maximo work management modules.
- Knowledge of SRP budget processes including internal service providers OH loads.
- Ability to train and mentor other employees.
- Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Sales/Use taxes, and warehousing processes.

Summary
Supply Chain Analysts improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis, process improvement and functional system support. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of supply chain & transportation functions and exceptional analytics skills. They use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.

Experience
Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
Education
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
