Collaborate closely with field supervisors and various levels of management to create a next day operations plan for delivery drivers, warehouse workers, and merchandisers
Regularly engage and present in meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to implement improvements toward efficient operations
Work autonomously as an individual or small team and take initiative to invent or innovate processes to streamline work and drive operational results
Evaluate key performance indicators and develop/execute action plans to close gaps
Work on long term strategic initiative projects in a small-to-medium sized team and present up to management regarding execution and results
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred
2+ Years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
Experience with Roadnet Territory Planner Routing Software preferred
Broad understanding of wholesaler route-to-market strategies and a deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process
Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office
Demonstrated strengths in project management, planning, complex problem-solving and influence
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations

SALARY: $65,000 - $73,000
LOCATION: St. Louis, MO
SHIFT: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday OR Sunday – Thursday
