Job Description:
- Execute a daily comprehensive checklist to ensure the optimal functionality and stability of the entire VC infrastructure.
- Provide active support during video conferencing events, guaranteeing the smooth delivery of services and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Take a proactive approach to monitor the VC infrastructure, addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure infrastructure maintenance and upkeep, while fostering positive vendor relationships.
- Manage the inventory of VC equipment, ensuring proper availability and functionality.
- Track issues from identification to resolution, maintaining a systematic approach and ensuring timely closures.
- Generate and maintain various reports detailing VC infrastructure performance and issue resolution.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, leveraging insights into industry-specific needs and practices.Job Requirements:
- Domain experience of 3 to 5 years is required
- Hands on experience on Zoom. Poly and Monitoring is a must
- Certifications in collaboration space are added plus
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of video conferencing systems, infrastructure, and related technologies.
