      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor clinical resources and workloads in real-time to meet client-specific performance targets
      - Forecast staffing needs and employee schedules based on historical trends and key business drivers
      - Collaborate with clinical team leadership to optimize Workforce Engagement tools
      - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of workforce management reporting for internal and external stakeholders
      - Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum 2 years of Workforce Planning experience in Healthcare Compliance
      - At least 5 years of Clinical or Workforce Planning experience
      - High level of accountability in achieving performance targets and service goals
      - Proficiency with Genesys Cloud platform and Excel spreadsheets, including ACD reporting and forecasting methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with accreditation agencies
      - Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with workforce engagement tools
