- Play a key role in supporting Brookfield’s global relationship model to attract capital to our private funds
- Able to independently manage siloed or parallel aspects of fundraising process
- Pro-actively create and manage investment strategy and fund-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, case studies, fact sheets and other documents related to private funds
- Respond to – and manage content associated with – programmatic and ad-hoc prospective investor information requests, such as RFPs, DDQs and RFIs
- Produce and update internal talking points and briefing documents
- Coordinate road shows, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings
- Understands LP landscape and preferences, styles and requirements across key regions and investor types
- Support the global client relationship management team as needed
- Create post-fundraise marketing and communication materials and assist in the organization of investor relations initiatives
- Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate (internally) details of fund approach
- Conduct alternative asset industry research (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Update consultant and industry databases
- 2-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services
- Undergraduate degree and an excellent academic background
- Very strong writing skills, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Private Equity or alternative asset funds knowledge is desirable but not a prerequisite
- Self-motivated, team player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to work
- Ability to develop strong teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Analytical and quantitative skills and comfortable with financial concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and work with professionals around the organization

Job DescriptionCandidate Profile
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
