      Responsabilités spécifiques

      • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie EDI pour Pharma Distribution

      • Intègre les fabricants aux documents EDI existants.

      • Dépanner les défaillances EDI avec les fabricants, les transporteurs et les services internes de Pharma Distribution.

      • Élaborer du contenu pour les rapports sur l’utilisation de l’EDI par le fabricant et le transporteur.

      • Soutenir l’évolution du programme de non-conformité EDI pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels/budgétaires.

      • Développer du contenu analytique en tirant parti des données EDI pour développer des informations analytiques commerciales qui ajoutent de la valeur à la visibilité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

      • Téléverser les stocks en temps opportun.

      • Élaborer du contenu pour les rapports pour des projets opérationnels interfonctionnels

      • Effectuer des tâches administratives, comme la nouvelle soumission des bons de commande.

      Qualifications

      Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

      • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des transmissions EDI.

      • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en EDI.

      • Rigueur analytique : capacité à structurer des problèmes mal définis.

      • Niveau technique : solide expérience et connaissance des documents et processus EDI, connaissance de SQL et de Microsoft Excel et de Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

      • Perspicacité et communication : capacité à établir et à communiquer des perspicacités et des implications ; capacité à développer des relations et une crédibilité au sein de l’organisation.

      • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et français (écrite et verbale ) .

      Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

      Job Summary

      Reporting to the Sr. Manager Data Quality and EDI Analytics, the Analyst onboards manufacturers to our EDI communication platform, troubleshoot EDI failures and report on manufacturer EDI performance. In addition, the Analyst EDI Analytics is responsible for building analytical content leveraging the massive amount of data coming from EDI to gain analytical insights and innovat ion.

      Specific Responsibilities

      • Supports the implementation of the EDI strategy for Pharma Distribution

      • Onboards manufacturers to existing EDI documents.

      • Troubleshoots EDI failures with Pharma Distribution manufacturers, transporters, and internal departments.

      • Builds content for reporting on manufacturer and transporter ’s use of EDI.

      • Supports the evolution of the EDI non-compliance program to meet business/budgetary objectives .

      • Builds analytical content leveraging EDI data to develop analytical business insights that add value to supply chain visibility.

      • Performs inventory uploads in a timely manner .

      • Builds content for cross-functional operational projects

      • Performs administrative task such as resubmission of Purchase Orders.

      Qualifications

      The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

      • 3 + years of related work experience in EDI transmissions

      • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in EDI .

      • Analytical Rigor: ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems

      • Technical: strong experience and knowledge of EDI documents and processes, familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) .

      • Insights & Communication: ability to derive and communicate insights and implications; ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization .

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

      The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $70,600 - $117,600
