      Description

      Actalent is seeking a lab technician with 5+ years in Gas Chromatography (GC). The primary responsibilities for this role include leading MCA projects: taking samples for short term stability tests, gas dilutions to get a linear curve, accuracy, MDLs, gage R&R, and run correlations. Big picture here is they will be performing STATISTICAL ANALYSIS on the methods already in place to optimize them + troubleshoot / re-calibrate the GCs.

      The lab technician will be involved in testing the chemical components of various gases stored in canisters. Additionally, the technician will handle other lab-related tasks, such as physically moving gas tanks.

      This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with advanced analytical equipment and contribute to the lab’s efficiency and productivity.

      - Self-sufficient, self-starter, and proactive because they are not under direct supervision

      - Preferably warehouse lab / open lab industry, but open to any industries

      - A plus if they come from working with Gases rather than chemicals

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
