      Job Summary

      ***This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.***

      Summary:
      This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division by creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. In this role, you will provide consultation to users and work on cross functional teams to address the divisions issues, while producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools (Access, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc). This position will research and assist in analyzing data related to the division’s strategic initiatives and broader research needs while interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools to be leveraged in building analysis and reports which are actionable within the business environment. Continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division’s data to meet business needs as well as analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:

      • Bachelor Degree OR 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data.

      • Build knowledge of division, business processes and customers.

      • Assist in solving a range of problems.

      • Assist with possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.

      • Assist in producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.

      • Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights with guidance.

      • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

      • Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

      Preferred Experience:

      • At least 1 year experience data analysis

      • Strong understanding of pulling reports and analyzing data

      • Automation tools such as (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, etc)

      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access - highly preferred
