      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the creation and distribution of weekly release notes detailing changes, enhancements, and bug fixes across dashboards, data processes, and analytics tools
      - Partner with product owners and developers to translate technical updates into business-friendly language
      - Develop and manage change communications for new features, data model updates, and tool rollouts
      - Create internal training or reference materials to support user adoption
      - Maintain and update the internal SharePoint site for the Analytics team, ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-structured

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Communications, and/or related field
      - 2+ years of experience in internal communications, technical documentation, or change management within an analytics or data-driven team
      - Familiarity with data concepts, business intelligence platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), and Agile project environments
      - Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams; Azure DevOps is a plus
      - Strong written communication and storytelling skills, especially translating technical content for non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a healthcare-related analytics or data-driven environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare data and patient management systems
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
      - Experience in training or facilitating workshops for user adoption of new tools
      - Knowledge of best practices in change management and user engagement strategies
