      The Office of the CIO (OCIO) provides standardization and optimization of core Schwab Technology Services (STS) business processes, enabling a consistent, strategic approach. The STS Workforce Management Team plays a critical role within OCIO - providing technology leaders with workforce reporting for informed decision making, standardization and execution of essential initiatives across the STS organization and facilitate workforce planning. Our vision is to provide transparency, easily accessible data, and make it easier to work in & with STS.

      The STS Workforce Management team is looking for an innovative and thorough Analytics Developer to help develop workforce dashboards and reporting to enable better decisions and results. This role is fitting for someone who can act as an end-to-end developer and is a self-starter who can solution stakeholders’ needs.

      What you have


      • 5+ years of analytics reporting experience, including 3+ years designing dashboards in tools like Tableau and Power BI
      • Strong Excel and PPT experience, including reviewing, manipulating, and presenting data
      • Have a keen eye for design
      • Highly proficient in reporting, quality assessment, structuring, optimizing, analyzing and interpreting data
      • Exceptional story-telling skills – the ability to package and present analyses effectively, communicating an insight to be understood easily and to drive action
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Effective time management, must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
      • Demonstrable ability to interpret business processes and needs and translate them into streamlined reporting and dashboards
      • Able to describe your own analysis and the insights you draw from it to senior leaders
      • Education: BS/BA degree required

      Preferred qualifications:

      • 2+ years of program management experience
      • Workforce reporting experience
      • Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes
      • Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment
      • Experience using Alteryx to streamline data
      • Proficient in collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc.

      In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
