      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and monitor an integrated workflow management process for team reports and analyses
      - Maintain and prioritize a backlog of team initiatives and oversee ad hoc analysis projects
      - Evaluate and document the team’s current data/analytics platform and partner on future strategies
      - Integrate and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights
      - Collaborate with various teams to understand and document Sales and Agency Building Metric analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of industry experience as a data, functional, or business analyst
      - 2+ years of experience in SQL, R, Python, or other related coding languages
      - 2+ years of experience working on data and/or analytics projects
      - Familiarity with JIRA, Monday, Confluence, or related project management tools
      - Knowledge of the Life Insurance, Annuity, and/or Wealth Management space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing in Tableau and working with AWS products
      - Knowledge of NYL business and data
