- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data analytics and reporting initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Understand and document business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements, aligning solutions to end-user and organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to ensure analytics platform is properly governed by implementing and maintaining access approval and recertification processes.
- Promote a customer-first mindset — ensuring solutions are intuitive, relevant, and drive measurable impact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and delivery timelines using Azure DevOps
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive alignment and prioritize work across interdependent data projects, domains, and reporting solutions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and data governance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Supervise team of data analysts/developers to ensure accountability and high performance.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data analytics or BI/reporting projects.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, with demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to understand and connect business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and experience leading Agile teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar work management tools.
- Strong understanding of data domains, data pipelines, and analytics/reporting platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to tailor messages for both technical and business audiences.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills – able to craft visually engaging, executive-level presentations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Exposure to data governance and compliance requirements
