- Gather business requirements and translate to technical requirements
- Create technical requirements for our Data Delivery team for automation purposes
- Create Jira stories and update epics
- Extract data from multiple environments (Teradata, Snowflake (AWS), CCB Data Lake, DataBricks, etc)
- Build out Alteryx Flows
- Build Tableau Dashboards
- Perform data research and analytics
- Perform data and dashboard validation
- Interact with LRCC Partners (Legal, Risk, Controls and Compliance) to ensure that we are minimizing any risk to the firm
- Strong Tableau and Tableau Server knowledge
- Strong Alteryx and Alteryx Server knowledge
- Excellent analytical ability as well as hands-on experience with analytical and statistical packages/databases (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent); experience with big data technologies and machine learning is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing voluminous data from raw sources
- Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performances into insights and recommendations, and package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Ability to conduct research into data mining issues, practices, and products as required
- Jira and Agile practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data visualization, analytics, and data-driven analysis role(s).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, analytics, information system, or mathematics.
- Ability to collaborate and work as a team
- Problem solver and solution oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Jira and Agile practices are a plus.

As an Analytics Solutions Associate on the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Finance Data & Insights Sensitive Data Team, you will play a key role in insight development in our data environment to meet the evolving needs of the business and in supporting Firm wide Sensitive Data request as well as the Racial Equity Commitment. You will be primarily responsible for implementing end to end solutions for sensitive data infrastructure, data products, and analytics output. You will interact with key stakeholders firm wide, i.e., Finance, Technology, CCB, Wealth Management and Private Bank to support Sensitive Data analytics, reporting, and development of new solutions to meet the needs of senior stakeholders and the Finance organization.

For this particular role, we are unable to sponsor any type of work visa including but not limited to H1B, H4 – EAD, OPT, TN, E-3, or L visas.
This role does not have a relocation allowance tied to it, so all candidates must be local to Columbus or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring. Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined by direct management.
