About this opportunity
Analytics Unit within Ericsson Hungary R&D is looking for Developer Summer Interns to support the development of the TRR (Trouble Report Resolution) tool!
Trouble Report Resolution tool kit provides multiple solutions and use cases in the trouble report’s pre-screening and solution phases striving to provide end-to-end reduction and improvement to the trouble reports’ (TR’s) lead time.
TRR is coordinated with the central TR handler tool, using REST API.
It fetches periodically the new TRs and calculates the prediction using the underlying machine learning model in order to find the responsible organization for the incoming TRs to ease the work of technical coordinators. It is applied for 4G and 5G Radio Access Network software TRs. Its machine learning model is trained on several years of historical data.
We are working in Agile teams, utilizing the benefits of Continuous Integration and implementing quality standards leading towards Continuous Delivery.
