      Anaplan Solution Architect: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum

      We are excited to announce we are looking for an Anaplan Solution Architect to join our Aviva team. The team is primarily based in London, Norwich and York.

      A bit about the role:

      The BI and Planning Centre of Excellence is a best in class in-house digital transformation team. The team includes the Anaplan Centre of Excellence delivering an industry-leading Connected Planning roadmap deploying Finance and business use cases across Aviva.

      The role is responsible for supporting the deployment of Aviva’s ambitious roadmap of driver-based Anaplan models and wider digital transformation activity. Key responsibilities include designing new and optimising existing processes to enable simplification and enhancing insights to support decision making. The role will require interaction with senior stakeholders across global markets and functions to understand business outcomes while robustly challenging existing processes to be leaner and more efficient.

      The role will be accountable for managing Feature Teams to deliver value-adding outcomes for internal customers. Excellent organisation and communication skills are required to ensure right first-time outcomes. The role will also support the Head of BI and Planning CoE to identifying and secure new transformation opportunities.

      The role will work as part of an Agile team under the direction and guidance of the Head of the BI and Planning CoE. The Anaplan Solution Architect is expected to have a good understand of core Finance processes as well as the Anaplan system.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Decisions may be complex in nature and may require in-depth analysis, seeking input from many stakeholders. Effective project planning enabling successful delivery. Ensure best practice build
      • execution, e.g. scoping, requirements gathering, agile delivery, ALM, post live support.
      • Engage with business units and subject matters experts to understand business requirements and translate into Anaplan / wider technical requirements aligned to strategic architecture
      • Lead teams of developers based in the UK and India to deliver projects in agile and ensure developments adhere to best practice with appropriate governance / documentation
      • Engage with external consultants / developers (if applicable) providing challenge and oversight. Supporting the Head of Function to originate new use cases / models across Finance / business.

      What you’ll get for this role:

      • Annual salary between £60,000 and £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
