Monday-Friday 11AM to 7PM Galleria Mall

Saturday 11A-7P/Sunday 12P-6P Galleria Mall
Saturday 11A-7P/Sunday 12P-6P Leeds Mall
Job Summary – Provides support for the seasonal Angel Tree program; lifts, carries, loads and unloads a variety of Christmas gift donations; serves as an attendant at Angel Tree sites; interacts with donors and responds to questions regarding the donation process; assists with the cleanup, lay out, and set up of the warehouse; assists with pick up from the malls or corporations. Performs data entry of recipient’s information. This is a Christmas seasonal position Nov-Dec.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers. Knowledge of The Salvation Army Christmas Angel Tree Program. Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision. Ability to relate to the general public in a polite, friendly manner. Ability to abide by required dress code.
Education and Experience – High School Diploma of G.E.D. preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions - Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing. Ability to stand in one location for extended periods. Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
