Manage care of boarding pets

Maximize occupancy by preplanning and managing yield.

Order food and supplies as needed.

Perform basic repairs

Assist with all cleaning, feeding and exercising duties and with group play/camp.
- Must be able to supervise a diverse staff with various skill levels
- Ability to multi-task and work with high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a variety of dogs and cats
- Good time management skills
- Recognizes pet health concerns
- Understands the basics of business management
- Handy with basic tools
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, walk stairs, stand and walk for full shift.
- Can work in an environment of pet dander and excretions and cleaning chemicals
- Experience in Restaurant or Retail Management, Hospitality, Customer Service Animal care or Veterinary a plus.
