- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Trainee Coach and Functional Lead
- Regularly have a check-in with your Trainee Coach and Functional Lead on your key learnings and deliverables
- Involve in process improvement by suggesting or making improvements to the processes, materials etc.
- To discover new opportunities and solutions by looking beyond existing practices and by using innovative thinking.
- To demonstrate commitment to personal excellence as well as customer excellence.
- Provide engineering support to R&D, Plant Engineering and Manufacturing team whenever necessary
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and with minimum CGPA of 3.2
- Fresh grads or less than one year of working experience.
- Previous internship experience in a technical field would be an advantage
- Active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities

“Ansell Emerging Leaders Programme” is a fast-track future leader programme to build Engineering talents within Ansell family. AEL trainees, being the custodian of General Admin and under the supervision and guidance of trainee coach, will be provided with real immersive learning experience and maximum exposure of critical functions to equip them with a practical exposure and experiences in 2 years rotation programme within the Engineering, Manufacturing Ops and Project Management. And each rotation will give the talent unrivalled access to the inner workings of Ansell, which is one of the most fast-growing medical device companies in world which serve 25 global industries in 120 countries.
To gear learning and success of the talent, aside from 70-20-10 approach they will be assigned to projects to accomplished as well as to contribute to process improvement within the plant.
At the end of programme, the trainee will take up a full-time role in their respective base location.
