What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming phone calls after-hours for all sites promptly and with exceptional quality
- Assist physicians during off-hours to ensure a superior patient experience
- Triage calls, documenting appropriate questions and recommending actions to reach the on-call physician
- Document every patient request and pertinent information via EMR for effective follow-up
- Maintain production requirements by handling off-phone work as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of urology preferred
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools and customer relationship management systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
