Title: Associate Digital Merchandiser
Reports to: Digital Merchandising Manager
Overview: The Merchandising team supports the home decorating growth and initiatives, champions the web, and aligns messaging that covers breadth of themes and looks. The Associate Digital Merchandiser will collaborate cross functionally with different teams to manage the flow of product and story tellinng, as well as the overall maintenance of the site.
Responsibilities• Reacts to merchandising strategy accordingly though the digital channel via learnings from business updates
• Supports with the onsite execution of marketing initiatives including developing the timeline for seasonal product launches, strategizing the most effective use of assets onsite, and visually merchandising categories to align with key messages and investments for the season
• QA the Anthroplogie and AnthroLiving sites with regular category monitoring and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities within categories to optimize engagement, conversion, and sales
• Work with multiple teams to set up & monitor sales promotions
• Manage additional ad hoc projects as requestedQualifications
• Strong understanding of the Anthropologie Home customer
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize & multi-task
• High taste level and strong personal style
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brandEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
