- Support Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Associate Manager to scale Influencer activations by partnering with internal marketing teams and external agencies
- Plan & launch influencer campaigns & activations to drive demand, traffic, and new customers. on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis measuring the success & to drive demand, traffic, & new customers.
- Report on influencer campaigns & activations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis measuring the success & KPI’s.
- Work & partner with cross functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Organic Social, PR, and more to support activations.
- Partner with Ambassador Team to ensure business priorities are met across influencer.
- Work with the Organic & Paid Social teams, Email team, store teams, & more to utilize and optimize influencer UGC/IGC within social, site, emails, & signage.
- Manage, Communicate, and Organize an influencer campaign calendar and documents.
- Innovate strategies & campaigns that support brand initiatives, business priorities, and meet KPIs.
- Work within affiliate network (Rakuten, CJ, Impact) & creator networks (LTK, ShopStyle, etc.) to optimize influencer commission rates.
- Develop & launch an influencer gifting strategy.
- Manage influencer contracts and partnership negotiations through direct campaigns.
- Work with influencer sub-networks to manage campaigns, partner with creators, and support affiliate channel goals.
- Develop and scale Creator/influencer marketing strategy, such as find areas of opportunities to support new products & identify specific partners to work with on campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience developing and delivering digital & influencer marketing strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required.
- Experience in creating campaigns and utilizing multiple influencer platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers, drive traffic & demand to site.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage metrics to continuously improve the influencer strategy.
- Flexible to changing priorities & needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Must have a finger on the pulse of social and influencer marketing trends, trending accounts, social movements, etc.
- Web analytics knowledge, measuring campaign performance and analyzing metrics to support overall influencer strategy.
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with, influencing and presenting to partners at all levels.
- Good instincts in solving problems and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.

Reports to: Associate Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Overview: Anthropologie seeks a influencer marketing professional to develop and execute the Influencer marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands, Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.
You will collaborate closely with our agency partners, other digital channels leads, merchandising leads, PR, and Brand Marketing, as well as other relevant stakeholders to align the channel and business growth goals.
In this role collaboration and clear communication are key. It is critical that you are curious, a self-starter, and a willing teammate who takes pride in ownership of this important program. The ideal candidate has analytical skills and a strong work ethic with a drive to provide growth for the business. It's important to possess an eagerness to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to implement improved strategies for Anthropologie Group campaigns across the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Channel.
