      About the Role

      We are looking for dedicated Anti-Fraud Engineers focused on combating fraud to join our team in the Philippines.

      In this role, you will help drive efforts in fraud prevention and detection, and work to minimize the impact of fraud and scams. This is achieved through thorough monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting using our anti-fraud tools.

      It’s important that we constantly stay ahead of emerging fraud trends, so strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are key. The role also requires you to think outside the box, challenge existing processes, and automate routines wherever possible.

      The Anti-Fraud & Quality team has members located globally. We believe in teamwork and this challenge will require good communication skills not only within the team, but across other teams as well as other product lines.

      As an Anti Fraud Engineer, you will:

      • Proactively monitor and prevent fraudulent activity
      • Innovate and improve fraud detection methods
      • Document processes, findings, and standard routines
      • Support cross-functional teams on fraud-related issues
      • Collaborate with Account Managers to assist customers with fraud prevention

      It’s a plus if you have:

      • A background in telecommunications and/or messaging
      • Strong data analysis skills
      • Previous experience in an anti-fraud role

      This role will be on rotating shifts.
