New Teacher Training
August 7th - August 13th
The successful candidate for this position must possess a Bachelors Degree in Education (Special Education / Elementary Education), with valid and active Pennsylvania Teaching Certifications in Special Education (PK-8, 7-12, and/or PK-12).
Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred. Experience and working knowledge of collaborative instructional practices with regular education staff as well as Direct Instruction experience teaching replacement skills (Reading, Writing, Math, Executive Processing, and Social Emotional Skills) to mastery is desired. The professional candidate(s) selected for this assignment understands and agrees that they may be required to teach in a blended or online format as requested by administration.
