What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone, providing crisis intervention and support
- Build rapport and engage clients
- Assess risk and document information during calls
- Provide resources and information as needed
- Identify coping strategies and develop safety plans
- Perform emergency interventions when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and multitask in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or counseling in a healthcare-related setting
